3. Use of Services Our services are available to adults and to minors with the consent of a guardian. Using our digital services does not establish a patient relationship until you book an appointment and it is confirmed.
4. Appointments and Cancellations All bookings are binding. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee according to our price list. Appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance unless otherwise specified.
5. Payments and Pricing Prices are available on our website or provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices. Payment is made at the time of the visit or prior to the procedure, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Responsibilities and Liabilities Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. Clinic Helena is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
